Shipping policy

Orders placed with Vixen Vault are fulfilled through a curated vendor process.

Once your order is placed, items are first shipped to us from our trusted vendors for quality checks and careful handling. After your order arrives, it is prepared and shipped directly to you.

Because of this process, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No product names, images, or sensitive details will appear on the outside of the package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
