For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or intimate items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and work with you to make it right.
